Welcome to Andormahal.
By accessing or purchasing from us, you agree to comply with the following terms & conditions.
If you do not agree with any of these, please refrain from using our services.
Andormahal reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

1. Order & Payment:
• Customers must confirm their order by providing 20% advance payment.
• If customers choose to pay full payment in advance, they will receive an extre 5% discount.
• Orders will only be processed once advance payment is received.
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Account, bKash & Nagad.

2. Product Customization
• Customers must select their preferred color, size, board, and materials type before finalizing the order(over the phone with our CS) .
• A memo/receipt will be issued with all specifications mentioned for future reference.

3. Delivery Policy
• Free home delivery is available but only up to the ground floor of the customer’s residence, provided the road is accessible for our delivery vehicle.
• For locations outside the Sadar/Main city, customers must collect the product from the designated delivery point within the main city.
• Estimated delivery time: 1 to 14 working days. In case of unavoidable delays, customers will be informed promptly.

4. Product Conditions
• For some products, handles or minor fittings may differ from the display pictures. In such cases, Andormahal will provide its standard fittings.
• Materials and Fabric shades may vary slightly due to natural textures or lighting differences in product photos.

5. Return & Replacement
• Customers must check the product at the time of delivery.
• A return or replacement will only be accepted if:
 a. Wrong product delivered
 b. Defective or damaged product delivered
 c. Product received with missing parts

• Return/Replacement will not apply in the following cases:
 a. Product damaged due to customer’s misuse
 b. Custom-made products (color/size/wood) once delivered
 c. Any product that has already been used, altered, or installed

6. Additional Notes
• Delivery is limited to ground floor only. Carrying products to higher floors must be arranged by the customer.
• Customers are strongly advised to inspect the product carefully during delivery.
