Return & Refund Policy

Requirements for a Valid Return:

Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
A valid reason for return, in line with our acceptance conditions (outlined below).

Incorrect product received
Defective product received
Missing parts in the product

Return/Replacement Policy Exceptions:
Returns and replacements are not applicable under the following circumstances:

Product damage due to misuse
Incidental damage from product malfunction
Consumables or items that have been used or installed
Any damages or defects not covered under the manufacturer's warranty

Fabric Information:
Please note that the fabric shown in images may not always be available. If that’s the case, we ask customers to choose from available options or request a refund.

AndorMahal reserves the right to issue a full refund if a product is unavailable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to modify your order within 24 hours of purchase, we offer the following options:

Product Exchange: Switch your item for a different one.
Add Items: Add additional products to your order.
Custom Options/Color Change: Request adjustments to the color or customization of your product.

Important: After 24 hours, changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. Please ensure to contact us within this time frame if you wish to modify your order.

If your product is received damaged or defective, we are happy to offer either a full refund or a replacement. Please notify us within 12 hours of receiving the product for assistance.

For canceled orders where the customer has already made an online payment, an online gateway transaction fee will apply when issuing a refund.

Delivery

We strive to deliver all products within 10-15 working days. If any delays occur, our team will inform you promptly.
For customers within Chattogram City, we personally handle the delivery to ensure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition.
For orders outside Chattogram, we partner with third-party logistics providers to manage deliveries.
Payment in Full: If you pay the full amount upfront, we will waive the delivery fee.
Deposit Payment: If you only pay a deposit, the delivery fee will be added to the final cost, and we will inform you of the exact amount in advance.
Products will be delivered to your home, but please note that we deliver only to the ground floor unless special arrangements are made.
For deliveries to floors above the ground floor, the customer will be responsible for additional payment directly to the delivery team based on their request.
Assembly Service: Customers in Chattogram who wish to have their furniture assembled by our team will be charged an assembly fee between 300 to 500 BDT, depending on the product. You can request assembly when placing your order or contact us before delivery.

Please note: We only deliver to the ground floor unless otherwise discussed with our team.
